We had our general meeting in Maesai on January 30th, and around 100 people came to the meeting. We spent the day planning for the April conference here in Thailand, and we split into different working groups. There were 6 different groups: IT, Teachers, Registration, Transportation, Security, and Bazaar. Each group has a leader and co-leader.
