Doo Ho Lee | Brazil This letter meant to deliver the news on the activities of the youth group in our fellowship in Brazil, but I thought it might be better to talk about the church in Brazil first of all. I have found that most of the brothers and sisters around the world are well aware that there is our fellowship in Brazil, too, but not many seem to know how our fellowship began in Brazil and how it has proceeded up to now.In 1976 a Korean young brother immigrated to Brazil and made his home here. Then in January, 1986, he invited Paster Kwon to Brazil and had a Bible study meeting for the first time in Brazil. That was the time when the church in Brazil began. At first the church tried to spread the gospel only to Korean immigrants in Brazil. However, as the gospel was spread to Mexicans, "The Bible Is True" videos were translated into Portuguese and through video conferences Brazilians began to get saved. From this time on Korean brothers and sisters went through some changes in the fellowship. They listened to the sermons along with Brazilian brothers and sisters and had fellowship with them. This led the youth group to begin to translate the sermons into Portuguese.These days the translation work has been going well. Every Sunday Brazilian and Korean brothers and sisters are gathered together and listen to the sermons together. At first things were not going well. Maybe it was because we Korean brothers and sisters were not matured enough to realize how important this job was, or were not ready for the work yet.  However, most importantly now we have realized that all these experiences have become a stepping stone that let us take a step forward. As we began to translate the sermons, we faced another problem - our limited knowledge about the Bible. The translation work gave us the opportunity to listen to the sermons repeatedly an
